Angelique Kerber fought back from a set down to beat Caroline Wozniacki and win the Stuttgart Grand Prix on Sunday.
The German, 27, recovered to beat world number five Wozniacki, 24, 3-6 6-1 7-5.
It is a second in a row title, and the fifth of her profession, for Kerber, after she won in Charleston two weeks back.
"I am totally done here, unfilled. I gave all that I had and the group quite recently conveyed me," she said. "I needed to battle until the very end and I couldn't have done it without this group."
Dane Wozniacki neglected to finish the match off having softened serve up the last set, permitting Kerber to take the title on home soil in a little more than two hours.
Kerber had come to the last with a 6-3 6-1 semi-last win over American Madison Brengle, while previous world number one Wozniacki beat Simona Halep.
World number 14 Kerber had as of now overcome top seed Maria Sharapova and 6th seed Ekaterina Makarova in past rounds.
Kerber's last achievement makes her the third German champ of the opposition.
